Sometime you can become more of a 'thinker' later in life / your fighting career. Aggressive fighters are exciting to watch, and young men usually fight like this, but an experienced fighter can beat a young aggressive man without seeming to do anything special.
In chinese martial arts young men learn to use big extravagent movements that look good and are powerful but waste energy, and as you get older you are taught to use smaller more efficiant movements.
I like your blog by the way, keep it up; and click my name to take a look at my martial arts blog too if you get the chance.
