Due to political issues in Thailand which caused the airport closure, please be informed that our shipping agents (DHL and UPS) are still operating. They have changed their route to alternative airports. This may cause 1-2 days delay on delivery on some shipments.
Our customer support and production team are operating as normal.

In addition to the new tracking system, we also upgraded our Stock system.
Before, a number of stock shown is our physical stock at our warehouse in Bangkok. Sometime, especially at high demand period, a stock you buy may already been bought by someone else. Therefore, we use the new stock system called Virtual stock.
Virtual stock is a stock available for purchasing. Things should be easier now.
Btw, there is still a small gap for stocks that have just been purchased and in still payment verification period.

We have recently just implemented the new order tracking system. The new one is much better: More transparent and Informative.
Once you have placed an order, the followings are the processes that your order will go through:
Payment Verification
Check if your payment is verified and passed our fraud detection system
Order Verification
Check if your order has correct shipping address
Delay Filter
Check if your order has no possible delay
Procurement
Check if your items are assigned to our procurement processes: STOCK or MTO (Made-to-order)
You will also see detail regarding production process including start production date and expected finished date
Shipment
Check if your items have been shipped
You will also see all information regarding your shipments including: tracking number, shipping agent, shipped date and total shipments sent (for multiple boxes)
In each important processes, we will notify you via email. You can also click on the link in the emails anytime to see any update.
On top of that, you can also track order via our Customer Support via Email Ticketing System (support@muaythaistuff.com) or Live Chat.
