Introducing New Order Tracking System for MuayThaiStuff.com Order
Hello there
We have recently just implemented the new order tracking system. The new one is much better: More transparent and Informative.
Once you have placed an order, the followings are the processes that your order will go through:
Payment Received
Check if your payment is received by our company
Payment Verification
Check if your payment is verified and passed our fraud detection system
Order Verification
Check if your order has correct shipping address
Delay Filter
Check if your order has no possible delay
Procurement
Check if your items are assigned to our procurement processes: STOCK or MTO (Made-to-order)
You will also see detail regarding production process including start production date and expected finished date
Shipment
Check if your items have been shipped
You will also see all information regarding your shipments including: tracking number, shipping agent, shipped date and total shipments sent (for multiple boxes)
In each important processes, we will notify you via email. You can also click on the link in the emails anytime to see any update.
On top of that, you can also track order via our Customer Support via Email Ticketing System (support@muaythaistuff.com) or Live Chat.

Hey guys, i just ordered some gloves to South Korea. I was just wondering if you could change my order and send me the same gloves but 10oz instead of the 12oz. I ordered the white twins fancy gloves with the gold palms if your wondering. It would be much appreciated if you could do this!!! Please email me back if this is possible and if not just send me the 12oz ones.
