WBC Muay Thai : The Next Move of Muay Thai in the World Arena

Wednesday, May 7th, 2008

wbcmuaythai.gif

The recent news of WBC Muay Thai has bees established brings the proud to many of Muay Thai fans. This represents that one of the biggest boxing professional body see the importance of Muay Thai and has set up the committee and management body to take care of Muay Thai seriously. Apart from that, this also brought many of Muay Thai organisations around the world become very active on promoting of Muay Thai in many regions all around the globe.
However, meanwhile many of us are enjoying this news, but the other side of thought mentioned that the reason why WBA has turned to officially support Muay Thai is due to business reasons (want to make more money from Muay Thai). However, no matter which reason, in my perspective, there still benefit to sport Muay Thai as it has more opportunity to emerge to the world, especially in the region that still has no idea of this beautiful martial art. You can also visit the website wbcmuaythai.com for more detail about this.
