We have recently just implemented the new order tracking system. The new one is much better: More transparent and Informative.
Once you have placed an order, the followings are the processes that your order will go through:
Check if your payment is received by our company
Check if your payment is verified and passed our fraud detection system
Check if your order has correct shipping address
Check if your order has no possible delay
Check if your items are assigned to our procurement processes: STOCK or MTO (Made-to-order)
You will also see detail regarding production process including start production date and expected finished date
Check if your items have been shipped
You will also see all information regarding your shipments including: tracking number, shipping agent, shipped date and total shipments sent (for multiple boxes)
In each important processes, we will notify you via email. You can also click on the link in the emails anytime to see any update.
On top of that, you can also track order via our Customer Support via Email Ticketing System (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Live Chat.
