Nice site, BUT, it would be nice to get some prompt customer service instead of having to wait for someone to return an e-mail. How about an old fashioned toll-free number(accessible from Canada)where I can actually talk to somebody.

Great website, And yes it took 14 days before i got my item, just as the website has told. As i am quite big it was hard to find a decent short, and here i can find nice ones and gd sizes.
I just had placed a new order, to support this great site.
